A Local Perspective

Exceptional shopping and dining.

And all just minutes from the beaches of Del Mar and Torrey Pines.

What many people don't know is that my family and I actually lived in Carmel Valley before moving to Encinitas. It was a wonderful place to live, and it's a community that has always held a special place in our lives.

Although we now live in nearby Encinitas and our office is located in Del Mar, we continue to spend a great deal of time in Carmel Valley. With five children growing up in North County, we've attended countless youth sporting events throughout the area, enjoyed family dinners at One Paseo and Sky Deck, and watched Carmel Valley evolve into one of San Diego County's premier family communities.

Because we've experienced Carmel Valley both as residents and as real estate professionals, I understand what makes it such a special place to call home. It's not just the beautiful homes or highly rated schools—it's the sense of community, the convenience, and the quality of life that keep so many families here for years.

Over the past 27 years, I've had the privilege of helping buyers and sellers throughout Carmel Valley. Many of my clients choose this community because they're looking for excellent schools, safe neighborhoods, beautiful parks, and easy access to both the coast and San Diego's major employment centers.

Helping families buy and sell homes in Carmel Valley has been one of the most rewarding parts of my career because I know firsthand what makes this community such an outstanding place to live.
